What can ordinary people do about environmental hazards that endanger their health? They can STAND – Stand Together Against Neighborhood Drilling – and help spread the word about LA’s dangerous urban oil and gas extraction practices.
Join us this Sunday from 2-5 pm to examine ecological justice and how we can help foster a new age of fossil free solutions in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. We invite you, your friends, and our neighbors to a special documentary film screening followed by Q& A and some lively discussion. We’ll screen “Dear Governor Brown” & “The Jefferson Drill“.
