Housewarming Basket Update

The collection for Housewarming Baskets has been highly successful. Thank you to all the wonderful people who made contributions! Ya’ll are so very generous! We will be taking our collections, at least two baskets full, to North Valley Caring Services this week to be distributed to newly housed members of the community! We are sure they can use it! The end of November is the official end of the Housewarming Baskets drive. Thank you from Red Cross Re: Maui Relief Giving

We are grateful to everyone who supported our efforts to send relief money to the Red Cross Hawaii Disaster Relief Fund on August 27th. We raised $370 and the Board voted to match this collection. Social Action

With BridgesUU We will be working with BridgesUU through their Progressive Interfaith Alliance program to become a community hub of justice and action in The Valley. With Lisa B and Janet L at the helm, we will be calling together local community organizers and support services to address the needs of the most marginalized in our larger community. We will be making a commitment with UUs for Racial Justice to reflective work within our congregational systems.
