Building a Global Giant: Aramex
Fadi Ghandour co-founded Aramex in 1982, a logistics and transportation company that became the first Arab-based company to be listed on the NASDAQ. Under his leadership, Aramex grew from a small operation into a global logistics powerhouse, proving that Middle Eastern enterprises can compete on the world stage.
His vision went beyond just profit and success — Ghandour aimed to inspire a generation of Arab entrepreneurs. Through Aramex, he demonstrated how innovation and local investment could transform regional economies and open global markets.

After stepping down as CEO of Aramex in 2012, Ghandour shifted his focus to entrepreneurial development and social impact.
