The Sunday Experience
4:30 pm – Welcome and Hospitality
5:00 pm – Evening Service (ZOOM Opens)
6:00 pm – Refreshments
6:30 pm – Continuing Conversations
This week, we honor the lives and legacies of Black Unitarian Universalists such as Rev Joseph Jordan, Marjorie Bowens-Wheatley, and Rev Yvonne Seon. Their contributions remind us of the strength found in covenantal communities and the call to dismantle oppression through faith.
Share the Plate Sunday: We are proud to announce that this week we will be sharing our Sunday Collection. We are grateful for all you do and give to SepulvedaUU! We invite you to be even more generous this week as we share everything we receive outside of regular pledge contributions. Your generosity goes a long way! We will be contributing to ARC (Anti-Recidivism Coalition).
Children’s Play and Learning Trays: Children are welcome to join the adults in the Sunday Experience. They will be provided Children’s Play and Learning Trays, which contain various activities so that the children can participate in during the Sunday service. If you have any questions, please contact Teri I.
All are invited on Sunday evening at 4:30 pm for welcome and hospitality as we gather for our evening Service. Our Service begins at 5:00 pm and lasts approximately one hour after which all are invited to enjoy conversation and refreshments.
All are welcome!
