ICE raids are leaving deep scars on our communities, shattering families and spreading trauma that will affect generations. This Sunday, we welcome Manuel “Manny” Flores, Executive Director of North Valley Caring Services, which supports families in the Northeast San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles affected by these raids.
About Our Speaker
Manny’s journey from gang life through incarceration to becoming a Divinity Degree holder and NVCS leader inspires hope and healing. Join us as we explore finding peace and answering the call for justice and community amid ongoing challenges.
Children’s Play and Learning Trays: Children are welcome to join the adults in the Sunday Experience. They will be provided Children’s Play and Learning Trays, which contain various activities so that the children can participate in during the Sunday service. If you have any questions, please contact Teri I.
All are invited on Sunday evening at 4:30 pm for welcome and hospitality as we gather for our evening Service. Our Service begins at 5:00 pm and lasts approximately one hour after which all are invited to enjoy conversation and refreshments.
All are welcome!
