Our guest speaker Antoinette Hollamon will speak to the historic anniversary of the United States, and ways Unitarian Universalists are poised to continue the fight for democracy today.
About Our Speaker: Antoinette Hollamon (They/Them)
Antoinette Hollamon (they/them/theirs) is a justice consultant, author, and organizer living in Los Angeles. They speak publicly on social justice, racial equity, and literary activism, all rooted in their Unitarian Universalist faith. Antoinette is a Certified Spiritual Director and has been trained in Movement Chaplaincy work. They lead monthly gatherings, Care for Activists in Liberation Movements (CALM), to center the support needs of activists and front-line workers. This healing space provides music, guided meditations, and a short reflection. They are currently on staff at the UU Women’s Federation and the UU Justice Ministry of California. They also serve as the Commissioned Lay Minister for the First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles and a member of the Commission on Social Witness Committee at the UUA.
The Sunday Experience
All are invited on Sunday evening at 4:30 pm for welcome and hospitality as we gather for our evening Service. Our Service begins at 5:00 pm and lasts approximately one hour after which all are invited to enjoy conversation and refreshments.

- 5:00 pm – Evening Service (ZOOM Opens)
- 6:00 pm – Refreshments and Continuing Conversation
Children’s Play and Learning Trays:
Children are welcome to join the adults in the Sunday Experience. We provided Children’s Play and Learning Trays, which are filled with fun activities to help children engage and participate in during the Sunday service.
