Potter’s Wheel Workshop
Ready to get your hands on the wheel? In this session, you’ll practice the essentials:
- Centering your clay
- Pulling a cylinder
- Then shaping it into your choice of a bowl or vase
A great opportunity to build your skills and enjoy the magic of the potter’s wheel!
Ceramics, Jazz and Wine (not whine): Our pottery classes in Sunland continue to be a favorite among our congregation. There are lively discussions that range from how to interact with your grandchildren, to what it means to be generous, or what are the best techniques for gardening, and more. If you are not interested in ceramics, you are welcome to come and hang out, join the discussion, listen to jazz, and bring a bottle of your favorite wine to share. See you there.
Fee: $20.00/month depending on how many pieces you create.
* Children are welcome with an adult.
