This is the topic of today’s guest speaker, Jimmy Recinos, who for ten years has been a very active member of the Los Angeles community in which he lives. His main areas of interest are on policy making related to gentrification and housing, LA City and County elections, and California history.

Jimmy Recinos is the founder and Executive Director of Quien Es Tu Vecindario. Also known as JT, The LA Storyteller, Jimmy has published dozens of articles for working-class communities in LA since 2014 and looks forward to sharing the ways in which he continues to serve the people in these communities.

Children’s Play and Learning Trays: Can you arrange the magnets into 3 different types of chalices? Included will be pictures of the chalice to inspire creativity.

All are invited on Sunday evening at 4:30 pm for welcome and hospitality as we gather for our evening celebration. Our Service begins at 5:00 pm and lasts approximately one hour after which all are invited to enjoy conversation and refreshments.
