Love is not just an emotion; it is a choice, an act of courage, and a call to justice. This Sunday, we will explore how Black leaders and visionaries—from Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr to bell hooks—have demonstrated the transformative power of love as justice.

Breaking Bread Together: Next Community Pot Luck is February 2! Welcome, everyone, as we celebrate the Chinese New Year with egg rolls. There will be vegetarian chow mein and other delicious dishes from Hot Work. This is being presented by Hospitality! Come and enjoy the food and the company. The Breaking Bread Together Team is very appreciative if you bring a contribution to the table! Please be responsible for taking care of your serving dishes. Help in clean up is also appreciated! 4:30pm Gathering and snacks, 5:00 pm Services, 6:00 pm for Pot luck. Children’s Play and Learning Trays: Children are welcome to join the adults in the Sunday Experience. They will be provided Children’s Play and Learning Trays, which contain various activities so that the children can participate in during the Sunday service. If you have any questions, please contact Teri I.

All are invited on Sunday evening at 4:30 pm for welcome and hospitality as we gather for our evening Service. Our Service begins at 5:00 pm and lasts approximately one hour after which all are invited to enjoy conversation and refreshments.
