This is our Sacred Vow

As the world seems to turn upside down, this place – our church, our values, our shared beliefs—remains a steady path and a meaningful journey. It is not always easy. The road ahead is often filled with barriers. But we are called to keep going—to push forward with courage, and to love with a deeper understanding and commitment than ever before.

And we are doing just that.

We are acting on our privilege, doing everything we can with the resources, voices, and community we’ve been given. This is our sacred vow: to stay faithful to our mission until the end.
We will not give up. To surrender to fear, to exhaustion, or to sorrow would be a disservice to the values we hold closest to our hearts.

This church – our church – is, now more than ever, a beacon of hope and strength. I want to thank each and every one of you for your steadfast commitment to this place and to one another.

We are here to care – for ourselves, for each other, for our community, and for the world.
May the United States of America once again become a true beacon for those in need—for the marginalized, the forgotten, and the hopeful. May we continue to lead the way with love.
