Unanswered Prayers (11/23)
What does gratitude look like when our prayers seem to go unanswered? In the face of oppression, loss, or disappointment, how do we remain thankful for the gifts we do have – our relationships, our resilience, our rights hard-won? This service invites us into a practice of gratitude not as denial but as resistance, cultivating strength even in heartbreak.
The Sunday Experience
All are invited on Sunday evening at 4:30 pm for welcome and hospitality as we gather for our evening Service. Our Service begins at 5:00 pm and lasts approximately one hour after which all are invited to enjoy conversation and refreshments.
- 4:30 pm – Welcome and Hospitality
- 5:00 pm – Evening Service (ZOOM Opens)
- 6:00 pm – Refreshments
- 6:30 pm – Continuing Conversations
Children’s Play and Learning Trays:
Children are welcome to join the adults in the Sunday Experience. We provided Children’s Play and Learning Trays, which are filled with fun activities to help children engage and participate in during the Sunday service.
