Annual Congregational Meeting (06/14)
Join us for a special Sunday at SepulvedaUU as we gather for worship and our Annual Congregational Meeting, held together as one sacred community experience.
This year we’ve spent a lot of time “Centered in Love: Who We Are, How We Choose, Who We Are Becoming.” This service, this meeting invites us to reflect on the heart of Unitarian Universalism: covenant, democratic process, spiritual growth, and shared responsibility for the future of our beloved community.
Through music, readings, reflection, and honest conversation, we will explore how Love calls us not only to worship together— but to build the future of SepulvedaUU together.
Rev. Gordon Clay Bailey will offer a message grounded in UU values, community care, courage, and vision for the road ahead.
Together we will:
– Celebrate our shared ministry
– Reflect on the present realities facing SUUS
– Conduct important congregational business
– Recommit ourselves to Love-centered community
Whether you are a longtime member or newly connected to SepulvedaUU your presence matters.
The Sunday Experience
All are invited on Sunday evening at 4:30 pm for welcome and hospitality as we gather for our evening Service. Our Service begins at 5:00 pm and lasts approximately one hour after which all are invited to enjoy conversation and refreshments.
- 4:30 pm – Welcome and Hospitality
- 5:00 pm – Evening Service (ZOOM Opens)
- 6:00 pm – Refreshments and Continuing Conversations
Children’s Play and Learning Trays:
Children are welcome to join the adults in the Sunday Experience. We provided Children’s Play and Learning Trays, which are filled with fun activities to help children engage and participate in during the Sunday service.
