Gail Shand, Assistant Director and Videographer, will discuss her experiences working behind the camera as a woman, POC and UU. This conversation is part of a larger one concerning the entertainment industry, and as an economic engine here in Los Angeles.  Gail has eighteen years of experience in the entertainment industry, working on commercials for McDonald’s, Nike, BMW & Allstate, music videos for JLo, Dolly Parton, Childish Gambino, and Justin Timberlake.
